A TEAM MEMBER STATEMENT & ANNOUNCEMENT - Platinum Hyundai Wins Sales Retailer of the Year Award

Martyn and I are delighted to announce that our Platinum Hyundai businesses have won the Sales Retailer of the Year award within the Hyundai brands' Annual Retailer Awards, announced recently by Hyundai UK on the 3rd March.

The award is based on many criteria, centred around the Balanced Scorecard system that assesses and evaluates every retailer, considering five key areas – New Car Sales, Aftersales Performance, Customer Experience, Retailer Profitability and Future Mobility. The resulting data creates a basis upon which the Annual Retailer Awards are presented, highlighting and celebrating exemplary performance across the network.

Ashley Andrew, President of Hyundai & Genesis UK, said: "Hyundai UK's Annual Retailer Awards is a fantastic opportunity to celebrate the hard work and dedication of our Retail Partners and their teams in supporting the Hyundai Franchise."

Martyn and I would like to thank all the Platinum Hyundai Sales Team Members in Trowbridge, Chippenham and Swindon for their excellent work in achieving such a coveted award, and also, to thank all of our other Team Members in Aftersales and Finance across the three sites, and also those Team Members in Group Roles for their essential inputs and help, thus enabling this outcome in what is a "Team Game".

I'm sure everyone will join Martyn and myself in congratulating our Hyundai Dealership Teams in achieving this excellent accolade.
